My primary focus is helping women and birthing people navigate the challenges and triumphs of conception, pregnancy, birth, postpartum recovery, motherhood and relationship transitions. I have experience working with perinatal and postpartum mood disorders, infertility, reproductive loss and trauma and more. I focus on support, advocacy and empowerment.
I warmly welcome individuals working through a broad range of personal issues including depression, anxiety, grief, relationship obstacles, traumatic experiences and difficult transitions. Common focuses of therapy include the importance of self-care, insight development, skills acquisition, problem solving and finding meaning in one's experiences.
Couples often need a safe, supportive environment to work though relationship issues. I create a positive setting and facilitate conversations between loved ones. I also offer communication skills and education to promote continued growth and collaboration. LGBTQI+ couples and non-traditional families are welcome and respected.
